Cancellation Policy
Cancellation needs to be made 24 hours (one full day) before the Session. If you fail to cancel on time, you will be charged for the appointment / refunds will not be issued. You can reschedule an appointment at any time, provided you give 24 hours notice. If you do not reschedule on time, you will be charged for the appointment / refunds will not be issued. Please double check your booking and make sure you have booked in the right time zone. Failure to attend a meeting because of booking in the wrong time zone is your responsibility and unfortunately refunds cannot be issued.
